Refund Policy

Please note that the Customers will be eligible for refunds only for the booking amount paid by the Customers.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No funds will be returned. The Customers shall not be eligible for any refunds on payment by the Customer of the complete purchase amount towards the vehicle.

All eligible refunds shall be processed by us within a period of 7 working days

Return policy

No returns/refunds accepted. Goods once sold will not be replaced or returned. Under any condition no refund will be made.

Disclaimer

Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user’s account and/or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used whether or not in pursuance of a legal process or otherwise. The terms in this agreement may be changed by Company at any time. Company is free to offer its services to any client/prospective client without restriction.

By registering or by using this Site, you explicitly accept, without limitation or qualification, the collection, use and transfer of the Personal Information provided by you in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully as it affects your rights and liabilities under law. If you do not accept the Privacy Policy stated herein or disagree with the way we collect and process personal information collected on the Site, please do not use it.

Shipping Policy

All in stock orders are processed within a week (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please make note of any production delays listed on the product page and factor these into processing times.

You will receive another notification when your Vehicle/Product/Order is ready

Many items are built or ordered on an as needed basis, these orders will be supplied after being received from the respective vendor.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or will be notified to you through our Dealer / Vendor.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is ready you will receive an email notification from us which will include the delivery details.

Warrenty Policy Have an Issue?

If you have a technical issue or any questions about your HUNDA EV product(s), please get in touch with your closest authorized HUNDA EV Dealer. If your product has a defect due to faulty components or workmanship, your Dealer will be able to troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.

Product Warranty & Legal

The following warranty statement applies to all products sold and dispatched after the 1st of July, 2021. For products sold prior to this date, please contact support@hundaelectric.com

This warranty applies to all products sold by HUNDA EV PVT LIMITED (HUNDA EV) within the following categories (collectively referred to as the Products):

  • EV – excluding power supplies.
  • Portable Power Supplies – 24 months.
  • Accessories - 12 months.
  • Spare Parts - 6 months.

This warranty statement should be read in conjunction with any User Manual supplied by HUNDA EV in relation to the relevant Product. The User Manual will contain more specific and detailed information about the relevant Product, its intended operation and use, maintenance, care, parts and limitations.

Limited Warranty

HUNDA EV warrants to the original retail purchaser that the products shall be free, under normal use and maintenance, from any defects in material or workmanship for the warranty periods set out below, subject to the qualifications, exclusions, conditions and limitations set out in this warranty statement. Where warranty conditions are met, defective products or parts will be repaired or replaced (repair or replacement is at HUNDA EV’s discretion).

Standard Warranty Periods

  • HUB MOTOR - 12 Months.
  • BATTERY - 12 AND 36 Months.
  • ACCESSORIES – N/A.
  • CHARGER – 12 months.

Qualification of Hunda Ev Warranty

If the EV was purchased from an authorised HUNDA EV dealer or via Click & Collect on the HUNDA EV website, the dealer must remove the bike from its original packaging, complete the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and the final bike set-up following instructions provided by HUNDA EV. They must also test ride the bike before final hand over to the purchaser. The Registration Form (page 2 of User Manual) must be signed by the dealer and the purchaser and must specify who assembled and set up the bike. The online registration process via www.HUNDA EV.in/register/ must also be completed by either the purchaser or dealer.

If the EV was purchased and shipped directly to the purchaser from HUNDA EV, the Pre Delivery Inspection will have already been completed by HUNDA EV before shipment and the following steps must be taken by the purchaser.

Products Not Requiring A Pdi

Products in Accessory categories (excluding trailers) do not require a PDI but do require proof of purchase as a condition of any warranty claim.

General Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products used other than in accordance with their intended use or the use instructions / parameters set out in the relevant User Manual;
  • Products that have been misused, involved in an accident, neglected or abused;
  • Products used for competition including but not limited to racing or trials;
  • Products used for rental purposes or any commercial application other than those for which the Product is intended and which have been specifically approved by HUNDA EV.
  • Products that have been improperly assembled, or where repairs have been made other than by an HUNDA EV certified technician;
  • Products that have not been maintained or serviced in accordance with the instructions set out in the relevant User Manual;
  • Products altered or modified in any way from the manufacturer’s specifications;
  • Parts requiring replacement or repair as a result of normal wear and tear.

Owners Obligations

Where a User Manual is supplied with a Product, the purchaser of the Product and ultimate end user must review the Manual to understand the operations, limitations, and maintenance and care instructions for the Product.

Whilst EV and Portable Power Supplies have fewer moving parts than a combustion engine vehicle or technology they still require maintenance to ensure continued safe operation. Every Product will need scheduled maintenance and care, to ensure your warranty is maintained. This will increase the Product’s lifespan and reduce life time maintenance.
